INCOM アプリ プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy

本プライバシーポリシーは、INCOM アプリ（以下「本アプリ」）および関連するチャットサービス（以下「本サービス」）をご利用いただくユーザーの皆様の個人情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle and protect the personal information of users of the INCOM application (the "App") and the related chat service (the "Service").

1. 収集する情報および収集方法 / Information We Collect and How We Collect It

本サービスでは、以下の情報を収集・処理します。

We collect and process the following information to provide the Service:

• アカウント情報: ログイン用のID、パスワード（ハッシュ化暗号保存）、ユーザー名、所属部署。 Account Information: Login ID, hashed password, username, and department.
• チャットデータ: メッセージ本文、送信日時、既読ステータス、添付ファイル、メッセージへのリアクション。 Chat Data: Message text, timestamps, read status, attachments, and message reactions.
• 通知用トークン: プッシュ通知（Firebase Cloud Messaging）を送信するためのデバイストークン。 Notification Tokens: Device tokens required for sending push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• 接続情報: 通信ログ、IPアドレス、ブラウザのUser-Agent（セキュリティ監視およびデバッグ目的）。 Connection Logs: Communication logs, IP addresses, and User-Agents collected for security monitoring and debugging.

2. 情報の利用目的 / Purpose of Use

収集した情報は、以下の目的でのみ利用し、目的外の利用は行いません。

Collected information will only be used for the following purposes:

• 本サービスにおけるリアルタイムチャットおよび業務連絡機能の提供。 Providing real-time chat and business communication features within the Service.
• 緊急メッセージ等のプッシュ通知の送信。 Sending push notifications for urgent messages and alerts.
• 不正アクセスや不正利用の監視、監査ログの記録。 Monitoring unauthorized access and recording audit/security logs.
• サーバーの不具合調査、障害対応、セキュリティ維持。 System troubleshooting, error resolution, and security maintenance.

3. 情報の管理とセキュリティ / Information Security and Management

収集した個人情報の漏洩、紛失、改ざんを防ぐため、以下の強固なセキュリティ対策を講じています。

We implement the following security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or alteration of personal information:

• SSL/TLS暗号化: すべてのAPI通信およびWebSocket（Socket.io）通信は、SSL/TLSにより暗号化されます。 SSL/TLS Encryption: All API and WebSocket (Socket.io) communications are fully encrypted via SSL/TLS.
• アクセス制御: データベース接続用の認証情報は厳重に管理され、アプリケーション実行に必要な最小限の権限のみが付与された専用ユーザーからのみアクセスされます。 Access Control: Database credentials are strictly managed, and access is restricted to a dedicated user account with the minimum required privileges.
• セッション保護: セッションIDおよびログイン状態の維持にはセキュアなトークンを使用し、一定期間で自動無効化されます。 Session Protection: Secure tokens are used for maintaining sessions and login states, which automatically expire after a certain period.

4. 第三者への開示・提供の制限 / Restrictions on Disclosure to Third Parties

法令に基づく要請がある場合を除き、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく、個人情報を第三者に提供または開示することはありません。

We do not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without prior user consent, except when required by laws and regulations.

5. プッシュ通知について / About Push Notifications

本アプリは、メッセージのリアルタイム通知のために Google Inc. が提供する Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) を使用しています。FCM を通じたデバイストークンの処理は、Google のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて安全に処理されます。

This App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) provided by Google Inc. to deliver real-time notifications. Device tokens processed through FCM are handled securely in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
